Wholeheartedly supporting the respected Prime Minister’s initiative of Make in India, Livpure has state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spread across 1,25,000 sq. ft. in Manesar, Haryana along with a 10,000 sq. ft. R&D facility in Gurgaon, Haryana. The efforts of the R&D team are supplemented by an Innovation lab set up in association with an Ivy League institution in the USA. Each lot of material that arrives at the plant undergoes a sample test to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards. An injection moulding plant area produces the housing for the RO unit from virgin, food grade polymer raw materials. The entire unit is assembled in a conventional conveyor belt.

The entire process is handled by trained and experienced workers overseen by qualified engineers. Our motto is on quality and the highest level of workmanship at each stage. We have stringent quality checks to bring the best product to our consumers and believe in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene to avoid any contamination. Each water purifier is manufactured and assembled in a sterile environment and tested thoroughly at our quality control lab.

Livpure is an ISO 9001:2008 Company and has a well-defined quality assurance system in place which starts with the selection of only the best inputs for our RO systems from reputed suppliers in the trade.

We have a separate quality control (QC) laboratory for critical in-process tests and for testing of final products for comprehensive quality assurance which covers everything from physical appearance, fitting, finish, performance and life cycle testing. After the final assembly, we test the unit for its performance and output and to ensure that it is 100% free of defects.

With 46 special service hub locations and full service availability at 1450 locations pan India serviced by an in-house team of more than 450 certified service engineers, we truly are available in every nook and cranny of India.
